FAQ
How much does a tattoo cost?
Your tattoo price will vary depending on certain factors such as details, size, time spent and style. The minimum pricing for a tattoo is $120 for a small size.
In order to get an accurate quote on your tattoo idea, it is best to make an appointment for a free consultation with the artist of your choosing, where they will help you design and create your own custom tattoo(s) and answer any questions you may have.
When is the best time to get a tattoo?
We recommend that you plan your tattoo(s) around vacations to ensure you don't have any issues with healing due to sun exposure and/or swimming in pools or open bodies of water.
Winter proves to be one of the best times of year to get a large, multiple session tattoo. The cold weather is typically the time of year you won't be swimming or sunbathing, plus you get to show it off all summer when it's healed; and who doesn't love to show off their new ink!?
How long does a tattoo take to heal?
Your tattoo will typically take approximately two to three weeks to heal completely, although in some cases it may take more or less time. To speed up the process and avoid any problems with the healing, we highly recommend you listen to your artists suggestions for the healing process. You can also read our aftercare instructions here.
What is the best way to book an appointment?
The best way to book an appointment with one of our artists is to fill out our booking form and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
We also offer walk in services, but can't guarantee that we will have an artist available, so booking an appointment is always recommended.
How long does a tattoo take to complete?
The duration of your tattoo will depend on many factors including details, size, colours, and how well you sit for your session. Timing can range from 30 minutes up to several months and we cannot guarantee an exact timeline for the completion of your tattoo(s).
Can I use numbing cream/spray?
Yes. Numbing creams and sprays can be a very helpful tool for a large scale tattoo, especially on more sensitive areas of the body (ribs, feet, neck etc).
**please inform your artist if you plan to use numbing agents, and do not apply yourself. Always allow your artist to apply the numbing agents in order to get the best results in a sanitary process.**
