Deposit and cancelation policy

Thank you for choosing Crash and Burn Tattoos for your tattooing needs. We appreciate your trust and look forward to providing you with an exceptional experience. Please take a moment to review our cancellation and booking policy outlined below:

1. **Booking Appointments:**

- To secure an appointment, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required.

- The deposit amount will be determined based on the nature and duration of the tattoo session, and it will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

2. **Cancellation Policy:**

- Clients are allowed to cancel or reschedule their appointments up to 72 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charges.

- If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 72-hour window, your appointment may be moved once to a later date without any penalty.

3. **Deposit Forfeiture:**

- If you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment and have already moved the appointment once, the initial deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.

- In the event of a no-show or failure to provide a 72-hour cancellation notice, the entire deposit will be forfeited.

4. **Exceptional Circumstances:**

- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you have a genuine emergency or unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible. Each case will be assessed individually, and decisions will be made at the discretion of Crash and Burn Tattoos.

5. **Rescheduling:**

- If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. You may reschedule your appointment once without forfeiting your deposit.

6. **Late Arrivals:**

- We understand that unforeseen delays can occur. However, arriving more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment may result in the need to reschedule, and the deposit may be forfeited.
